About Us
Born and raised Southern California, we have deep roots in home building; completing hundreds of homes since 1984 from Los Angeles to San Diego.
A licensed California General Contractor since 2005, we know the importance of proper scheduling, budgeting and preparation for each unique build. Our services include coordination of the architect, working with local jurisdictions to obtain all necessary permits plus supervising and coordinating all trades.
In addition, our principal, Troy Hendrickson, holds a BA in City Planning from San Diego State University and an AA in Fire Science from Rancho Santiago College.
